This method encourages self-correction and logical reasoning. The child learns to identify their own mistake, which generates immense self-confidence — especially for shyer students who often fear asking the teacher.

A surprising point of the conversation was the impact of technology on children as young as 4 years old. Even before mastering writing with pencil and paper, these children are already developing fine motor skills and sequential reasoning through programming and robotics.

As Natiele emphasizes, programming is a "hard skill" that serves as a vehicle for developing the soft skills most sought after in the job market.
